Shipping Policy

Taimal Herbs currently ships within Malaysia only.

1. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Fee

For the current launch period, we charge a flat shipping fee of RM10 per order across Malaysia. The final charge will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and courier service. West Malaysia deliveries are typically faster, while East Malaysia deliveries may require additional transit time.

4. Courier Partners

We may use trusted courier partners such as PosLaju, J&T Express, Ninja Van, GDEX, or other suitable delivery providers.

5. Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided after your order has been shipped.

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-collection, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
