Refund Policy

At Taimal Herbs, we strive to ensure our customers receive high-quality herbal products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened herbal products or supplements cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Process for Returns

Please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, online banking). The credit will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.
